Proposed Designs

These two designs show the charactersitics which will determine the type of roof you could you use on each building.

Design 1 has extensive split areas of roofing tilt and exposure. Due to the tilt and light weight support of the roof, this structure is only useful for wild grasses and sedum. It provides an excellent wildlife home for birds and insects but is not accessible for people.

Design 2 has three large stepped layers of roofspace with a low tilt and very strong structural supports. This design allows for a proper green roof garden to be built (you can even plant trees on it!) People can use it like a miniature park.
